Operations Manager
Monica Colgan joined the team at Be Possible in 2020 and currently serves as Be Possible’s Operations Manager. Monica holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Central Washington University, a Master’s in Administration of Justice from the University of Alaska, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Justice with a minor in Sociology. Monica and her team have been contracted through Launch Industries, a minority-owned and operated social enterprise that provides consulting and contract services to small-to-medium-size businesses as well as government agencies and non-profits.
Monica and her entire team at Launch are passionate about helping entrepreneurs create diverse, equitable, inclusive, sustainable, tech-enabled companies and non-profit organizations. At Be Possible, Monica and the team at Launch exercise these talents to bring about sustainable business systems, processes, and procedures designed to connect teams and break-down silos.
Monica’s firm is deeply engaged with the City of Seattle's Office of Economic Development working specifically with start-ups in the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. Monica is a 5th generation Seattleite who lives in West Seattle with her wife and three teens.
